Remote support:
- Download and run Remote Support by clicking on Maccs Remote Support
- Provide Maccs Support with the ID
- Maccs Support will now be able to view/control your desktop to offer live support.
All open applications will be shared, so please close the applications you do not intend to share - The session may be disconnected at any time, Maccs Support cannot connect to the remote computer without your permission
Web meeting:
- Download and run Web Meeting by clicking on Maccs Web Meeting
- Enter the meeting-ID you received through mail or phone
- Join the meeting
